Permanent affordable supportive housing offers vulnerable people a place to live that is both affordable and permanent. Support services are also provided that assist with a myriad of challenges ranging from mental health intervention to academic and employment assistance.
CCIH's program models provide distressed families and individuals with intensive professional services, programs that help them with education and employment-related endeavors, mental health and sobriety support, conflict resolution, and parenting skills.
Additionally, our tenants hold a lease and can stay PERMANENTLY as long as they obey the provisions of the lease and pay their rent. The housing, coupled with our support services, help residents maintain housing, improve their health, enhance self-sufficiency, and break the cycle of homelessness.
